Learn to make plump, tender, chewy, little delicious morsels of Gnocchi from scratch & then pair it with a sauce of your own choosing/making. Boil them up and then toss them in a pan for final cooking and sauce.

We’re thinking seared with butter & garlic or sage, a tomato sauce with basil & herbs, or a creamy alfredo sauce with cheese and well more cheese!
We’ll cover all the basics from mixing the pasta dough to cutting, shaping, and forming them.
Eat with a provided side salad.
