Come join our resident chef, Aaron Schanzenbach, and one of Cottonwood's favorite guest chefs, Rhonda Duncan of Wild Hollow Bakery, in this hands on Bread and Soup Making class!
First, Rhonda will teach you how to make a beautiful, Za'atar Swirl Bread. You will learn how to make the dough, put the filling in, and how to cut and "swirl" the bread. After that, our resident chef will walk you through the finer points of cooking Pheasant and Wild Rice Soup, the pheasant is sourced from the chef's family hunting lodge Mystic Prairie in South Dakota so he knows it's good!
Come join us for an afternoon of good food and great people; plus you should have enough food to take home for dinner... as long as you don't eat it all!
You won't want to miss this experience, but space is limited so act now to lock in your spot for the class. If unable to pay on-line call us and our friendly staff will be happy to assist you, including making arrangements to pay at time of class if needed.
As always, if you are over 21, you are welcome to bring an Adult Beverage of your choice. We reserve the right to verify the age of participants who partake in alcoholic beverages.
