    While we won't keep you around long enough to actually smoke ribs, we will have some ready for you to sample. You'll also prep a rack of Baby Backs and a Rack of St. Louis Style Spareribs to take home with you. 

    Whether you have an electric, pellet, green egg, Weber Smokey Mountain, or stick burner smoker you'll learn the best methods for smoking each style of rib.  If you don't know what those all are don't worry, we will cover that too. 

    Other topics to be discussed include Wood/Pellet flavor, wrapped vs. unwrapped, cooking temperature, reheating, and binders and rubs. We are also going to make a quick and easy baked bean recipe that will be sure to win over your next BBQ crowd.
