Class Date: Tuesday September 7th 11am
Come join our resident chef as he teaches you the delicate art of making Crepes! Not only will you learn how to make both sweet AND savory crepes, but he will also teach you the traditional method of poaching eggs and the NOT SO traditional 3 minute Hollandaise sauce made in a blender. Come hungry and leave happy, this class will fill you up with food and cooking tips.
-Sweet Crepes (fresh berries, nutella, and whipped cream)
-Savory Crepes (24 hour braised short ribs, bleu or feta cheese, and herbed jus)
-Traditional Poached Egg
-3 Minute Blender Hollandaise
-Cast Iron Potatoes
As always if you are over the age of 21 feel free to BYOB, we would recommend mimosas!
