Make your choice of Ricotta, Burrata, or Mozzarella cheese in this hands-on class. Each of these cheeses are silky, tender, and delicious on their own with just a sprinkle of sea salt, but you will be able to enjoy them with a crisp salad. Of course, you will get to take it home to enjoy as well!
As always, if you are over 21, you are welcome to bring an Adult Beverage of your choice. We would recommend a hearty full-body red or a dry white wine . We reserve the right to verify the age of participants who partake in alcoholic beverages.
Our cancellation policy (though this is WAY too fun to miss) requires a 48-hour advanced notice for you to be fully reimbursed.
