From the coast on the Ionian Sea to the salt rock cave dwellings this once very poor region of Italy, the Basilicata Region, is rich in history and cuisine. Our Teaching Kitchen is proud to present the pastas of Basilicata April 22nd 6-9PM.
Join Chef Aaron as he takes you on a tour of Italy’s food regions and explores the rich variety of pasta within. This will be the first of a recurring pasta class where you will make traditional Italian pasta by hand!
