Join us at Cottonwood for an evening of hands-on cooking and shared stories as we explore Mediterranean and Middle Eastern flavors rooted in tradition. Led by Danielle Bailey, our "TK" Coordinator- this class draws from her Lebanese heritage and the recipes she grew up making alongside her mother — dishes meant to be shared, savored, and passed down.
Together, we’ll learn how to prepare several classic items while sampling a few additional dishes, focusing on simple techniques, bold spices, and fresh ingredients. The Mediterranean/Middle Eastern way of eating celebrates whole foods, healthy fats, herbs, and balance — nourishing, flavorful, and timeless.
This class is approachable for all skill levels and designed to feel like cooking in a family kitchen. Come ready to learn, taste, and gather.
Class starts at 6PM and goes until around 8PM.
