Pasta & Pistachios: A Rodeo Week Sendoff!
Pasta Series #5 | Final Day of Rodeo | Lunch Class | BYOB-Friendly
Yeehaw and mangia! We’re wrapping up Rodeo Week in the most delicious way possible—with a lunchtime pasta party you won’t want to miss. Join us for Pasta Series #5 as we learn how to make Gnocchi Ripieni—tender pillows of potato gnocchi stuffed with melty cheese and finished in a luscious herby pistachio brown butter sauce using herbs straight from our local farmer’s markets. Chef Sasha will also prepare a simple, light, and fluffy green salad from local greens to brighten your homemade lunch.
This dish is rich, flavorful, and totally satisfying—just like Rodeo Week itself. Don’t worry, you’ll still have plenty of time to catch the rodeo finals later in the day. We’re serving up fun, flavor, and friendship all before the chutes open!
Grab your pals, bring a bottle (we recommend a crisp Sauvignon Blanc to balance the richness), and come kick off the final day of the rodeo in style.
BYOB is encouraged—because what’s a pasta lunch without a little clink of glasses?
See you in the Teaching Kitchen—then off to the fairgrounds we go!
