Flavors of Brazil | A Night of Kathleen’s Most-Loved Recipes
Get ready for a vibrant and delicious journey to Brazil—without leaving Sheridan! Join local Kimberly Anderson as she shares some of her most-loved family recipes in a truly special evening of cooking, culture, and connection.
In this hands-on class, you'll learn to make:
Coxinhas – golden, crispy teardrop-shaped croquettes filled with creamy shredded chicken.
Pão de Queijo (Brazilian Cheese Bread) – warm, chewy, cheesy bites made with tapioca flour (naturally gluten-free and totally addictive).
Brigadeiros – rich, fudgy chocolate truffles rolled in sprinkles, a must-have treat at every Brazilian celebration.
We’ll sip on refreshing Brazilian Guaraná soda throughout class, and at the end, Kimberly will serve her signature Feijoada—a hearty, slow-cooked black bean and pork stew, served over rice—for everyone to enjoy together alongside your own creations.
This is a class full of flavor, heart, and community. You don’t want to miss it—it’s bound to fill up fast, so grab your ticket early!
Please note: To ensure the best experience for all guests, we require a minimum of 6 participants to hold this class. If we do not meet the minimum, we will contact you in advance and provide a full refund or the option to transfer your ticket to another class.
BYOB if you'd like to take it up a notch! Brazilian food pairs beautifully with:
Malbec or Tempranillo
Pilsners or wheat beers
Come hungry, leave happy—and maybe even with a few new favorite recipes.
